Security Deposit: AED 5,000 refundable deposit required for stays up to 5 nights. For stays beyond 5 nights, an additional AED 1,000 refundable deposit will be required for each extra night. upon arrival

No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the apartment — AED 3,000 penalty applies

Lost Keys or Access Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost or damaged keys, access cards, or remotes.

No Parties or Loud Noise:
The Five Palm Hotel is a luxury, family-friendly environment. Please avoid loud music or gatherings, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Registered Guests Only:
The apartment is reserved for the number of guests listed in your booking. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Parking:
Secure parking is available within the hotel premises. Please use only designated parking areas and follow hotel parking policies.

Housekeeping:
The apartment will be professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee — please notify us in advance.

Family-Friendly:
