I have only recently moved into the apartment myself, so the apartment is currently in the process of being set up. There are currently some moving boxes and additional furniture that I am arranging to sell/remove, so the apartment is not yet in its final, fully organized state.

The room is nevertheless available for someone who needs to move in earlier, and I can accommodate an earlier move-in if needed. October is simply the preferred target, when the apartment should be properly settled and organized.
