There is a certain calm the minute you walk into this one bedroom apartment at The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa. I remember opening the door for the first time and just letting the view pull me in, not rushing into the space right away. You get this gentle sweep of the sea on one side and a look out onto the marina too. Even on a regular Tuesday it feels like you are somewhere special.

Now the place is fully furnished and honestly it feels more like someone's home than a show apartment. You can actually sit on the sofa and picture yourself watching the sky shift at sunset or just reading a bit before dinner. The kitchen sits right nearby and it is set up for real cooking not just something you order in and reheat. I spotted all the little details you would want whether you love to make your own coffee in the morning or toss together some pasta at night. There is a sense that nothing's been left out but nothing is over the top either. It just fits.

The bedroom is tucked away and even with the city just outside your window it is surprisingly quiet at night. The bed is soft and does not squeak, surprisingly rare. Jumeirah Beach Residence is one of those places where you see kids biking in the evenings or couples strolling past the shops on their way home. The Address JBR really makes you feel you're in the middle of it all but you can always pull the door closed and have your quiet too.

There is a proper parking space included so you will never waste time circling around. And you probably heard about the infinity pools here. You will actually want to use them because the views really do stretch right out to the Arabian Gulf. Even if you are not a swimmer it is a good place to clear your head. There are several restaurants and bars in the building too. Sometimes you grab dinner with friends without ever needing to order a car or rush home.
