TERM OF STAY

The rental term is fixed for {{nights}} nights, commencing on {{checkin_date}} and ending on {{checkout_date}}.

This Agreement automatically terminates at the end of the rental period.

There shall be no automatic or implied renewal. Any extension requires a new written agreement.

USE OF PROPERTY

1. The Property shall be used solely for residential purposes

2. Subletting, assignment, or commercial use is strictly prohibited

3. The Guest shall comply with:

• Building rules

• Community regulations

• UAE laws

• DET Holiday Home regulations

The Operator reserves the right to inspect the Property with prior notice in accordance with local regulations.

GUEST CONDUCT & PROPERTY RULES

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. Violation penalty: AED 500.

• Pets are strictly prohibited inside the Property. Violation penalty: AED 500.

Any additional cleaning, deodorization, damage repair, or related costs resulting from violations of this policy shall be charged to the Guest and may be deducted from the security deposit.

• The Guest shall park only in the designated parking space assigned to the Property. Parking in another resident's or unauthorized parking space is strictly prohibited. Violation penalty: AED 500 per occurrence. Any fines, penalties, towing charges, or charges imposed by the building management, community management, or authorities shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest.

• The Guest may make reasonable, non-permanent adjustments for personal comfort, provided no damage is caused to the Property. Drilling, nailing, screwing, gluing, painting, mounting, or any other modification that may damage the Property, furniture, fixtures, or finishes is strictly prohibited.

• The Guest shall return the Property and all its contents in substantially the same condition as received, subject to reasonable wear and tear. Any unauthorized alterations or damage shall be charged at the full repair or replacement cost, plus an administrative penalty of AED 500 per violation.

• Any maintenance issues, defects, or damage to the Property or its contents must be reported within 7 days of check-in. Issues reported after this period may be charged to the Guest.
