A private kitchen in DUBAI is looking for a sous chef with strong Japanese and Mediterranean cooking skills. The role • Full-time, 6 days a week • Start at 6:30–7:00 a.m., finish after dinner service [add "with an afternoon break" if there is one] • Work with the existing kitchen team (cook and helpers) • Work closely with our nutritionist to meet dietary requirements • Be flexible with dinner prep timing, and help with service when we host events Requirements • Proven experience in Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine • Junior to mid-level sous chef experience • Live-out, with your own valid UAE visa (Neg.)
