Description

I’m selling my Hoist adjustable multi-position workout bench. I’ve used it for about 2–5 years and it’s in good condition with normal wear from regular home/gym use. The bench adjusts to multiple incline and decline positions and has a leg hold-down roll for stability during sit-ups or leg work. Frame is sturdy and all adjustment pins and knobs function as expected; padding shows minor surface wear but no major tears. Selling because I’m clearing space. Local pickup only.
