Description

I’m selling my adjustable hand grip strengthener in red. I bought it about 1–2 years ago and have used it lightly, so it’s in good condition with normal signs of use. The resistance is adjustable from 5 kg up to 60 kg using the dial, and it has a built-in mechanical counter to track repetitions. The handles have rubber grips for comfort and the spring and adjustment mechanism work fine. Ideal for strengthening grip, forearm and finger muscles or for rehabilitation exercises.
