I'm selling a 6 kg LiftDex medicine ball that I've used at home for about 1–2 years. It's in good condition with normal signs of use — no major cuts or leaks, just minor scuffs from regular workouts. The ball has a stitched leather-like panel and good grip, suitable for core work, wall throws, slams, and general functional training. I kept it indoors and it still holds weight and shape well.
