I’m selling my used reverse hyper / glute-ham developer (GHD) style machine. It’s about 2–5 years old and in good condition with normal home/gym use. The pads and frame show typical wear but are solid and fully functional. It’s great for glute, hamstring, lower-back and posterior chain work. Adjustable footplate and roller pads are present and the unit sits stable on the floor. No major damage or broken parts — just some cosmetic scuffs and minor surface rust on a few metal areas that don’t affect performance. Pickup in Dubai only. Price negotiable if collected quickly.
