Recommend by Joe Rogan. I’m selling my Teeter DEX Inversion & Core Training Roman Chair. I bought it about a year ago and have used it lightly at home — it's in excellent condition with no damage. It supports inversion therapy and multiple core and back exercises including hyperextensions, Roman chair sit-ups, and abdominal work. The frame is sturdy, padding is clean, and all adjustment mechanisms work smoothly. Comes with the app integration for guided workouts as shown. Selling because I no longer have space for it.
