Description

Selling my Specialized Demo 8. This bike has been maintained really well. It is in perfect mechanical condition, serviced every 6 months and ready to hit the trails today.

Suspension :

Fork: RockShox BoXXer World Cup (Solo Air). Freshly serviced last month (April) including a Charger Seal Kit upgrade for reduced friction and better small-bump sensitivity. Feels better than factory.

Shock: Fox VAN RC Coil. It is a very consistent, and perfectly balanced with the front end. (Comes with 350lb and 500lb coil)

Brakes and Drivetrain :

Brakes: Pro-Mod setup. Shimano Saint M820 4-piston calipers for maximum heat management, paired with Deore XT levers for the best feel on the trails.

Drivetrain: Shimano Zee DH derailleur (short cage/clutch) and SRAM Descendant cranks.

Wheelset and Cockpit :

Front Hub: DT Swiss 240 (Ultra-light/High-end).

Rear Hub: Spank Spoon (Good engagement, very durable).

Bars: Renthal Fatbar. The gold standard for Downhill riding.

Maintenance: I replace levers and bars every 6 months to have zero fatigue and give the bike a fresh feel.
