Friendly tuxedo cat looking for a new home (young adult)

Description
She moved with me from Georgia to Dubai about a year and a half ago.
All vaccinations, blood tests, import/export procedures, and paperwork have already been completed, and she has her passport ready. She is currently eligible to travel internationally if needed.
She is extremely friendly and loves people very much.
She does not destroy furniture or scratch sofas, and overall she is a very easy and gentle cat to live with.
I truly love her with all my heart, but unfortunately my cat allergy has become more severe over time, and even my doctor advised me that I can no longer continue living with a cat. Because of this, I am painfully searching for the right adopter for her.
I am not looking for just anyone.
I only want someone who will genuinely love her, care for her deeply, and treat her as family.
Requirements:
• Indoor-only home
• No dogs currently in the home
• No plans to get a dog in the future
• Preferably someone who is home often and does not leave her alone for long periods
She used to be a street cat and is extremely afraid of dogs.
She likely has trauma from her past experiences, and she becomes very anxious and defensive around them. Because of this, she cannot live happily in a home with dogs.
If the new owner is comfortable with it, I would be incredibly grateful if I could still visit her from time to time in the future.
I know this is an unusual request, but ideally I would love someone open to a co-parenting-like relationship where I can still remain part of her life.
1. I am happy to continue covering her yearly vaccination costs
2. I truly hope to find someone who will raise her with genuine love and care
Honestly, I wish I could stay with her until the very end of her life.
But sadly, that is no longer possible for me.
This is a very special and emotional situation, and I sincerely hope to find someone who understands that and can give her a loving, safe, indoor home.
