CATS: Yes / can do well with calm, mature cats — not a good match for young kittens or high-energy cats
STORY: Thomas was rescued from the streets of Al Quoz, Dubai, after enduring severe abuse and neglect — arriving almost feral, defensive, and fearful of people, especially men. Months of dedicated foster rehabilitation changed everything: he's now fully bonded and trusting, a true velcro cat.
He's now become the most affectionate cat! If he sees you make a lap, he will sit in it. Thomas constantly seeks closeness, sleeping on his people and asking for pets often, though he still prefers to set the pace of contact himself and isn't a big fan of being picked up.
He's our "gummy cat" — a full recovery from stomatitis meant his teeth were removed, leaving him with a permanent, endearing tongue-out expression and no impact on his quality of life. He does best in a calm, stable home, with humans who can give and receive endless love.
