Description

The BTB846 is a six string BTB series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez .
The BTB846 features neck through body construction with a poplar burl top and mahogany back on ash wings attached to a maple and rosewood neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot position markers. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Bartolini BH2 passive pickups channeled through an Ibanez custom preamp with a three-band EQ, stainless steel frets including a zero fret, individually mounted Mono-rail V bridges with 17mm string spacing, a locking Neutrik stereo output jack, a plastic nut, and Ibanez tuning machines.
