Description
Design and Display
The Pad Go 2 moves to a 12.1‑inch 2.8K LCD panel, which is slightly taller than the original Pad Go’s 2.4K screen but OnePlus claims this time the display is even more sharper. The device now features a 7:5 aspect ratio, which will certainly give you more vertical room for reading. The rest of the build stays familiar.
Performance and Software
OnePlus swaps the older Helio G99 for the MediaTek Dimensity 7300‑Ultra. This one is clearly a major leap in performance. The Dimenisty 7300 Ultra is leagues ahead of its predcessor’s performance. OxygenOS 16 also starts fresh here, and is paired with longer update support than the previous model.
Battery and Connectivity
The 10,050 mAh battery is unchanged, but OnePlus has apparently updated power management on the new chipset. So let’s see how it will go. You still get 8 MP cameras front and back, and now the stylus support is also better refined.
