This is an Apple replacement unit: the original phone was swapped for this one by Apple under AppleCare+ two years after purchase, so this device is 2 years younger than a launch-day iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Fully working, Face ID and all cameras OK, battery health 82%.
Honest condition: there is a visible hairline crack on the back glass (see photo). It is purely cosmetic - you cannot even feel it with your finger - and it does not affect anything.
Reset, unlocked, no iCloud lock.
