Description

I’m selling my used commercial flat griddle (plancha) — 60cm stainless steel top. I bought this about 1–2 years ago and have been using it heavily in a small kitchen. It’s still in good working condition and reaches high cooking temperatures reliably, but the cooking surface shows wear, discoloration and built-up seasoning from frequent use (see photos). There is no warranty. It includes a grease tray and basic controls; everything powers on and heats up normally. I’m selling because I’m replacing it with a larger unit. Pickup only.
