Description

I'm selling my green L-shaped velvet sofa with chaise from Home Centre. I've had it for about 5–10 years and it's been heavily used, so the overall condition is poor — the fabric is worn in places, cushions have lost some firmness, and there are visible stains and sagging on the seating and chaise. The frame is intact and legs are stable, but it needs a deep clean and some re-stuffing or repairs to cushions for comfortable use. Fits well in a living room and the chaise is removable.
