I'm selling my ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine. I've used it lightly for about 1–2 years and it's in excellent condition. It comes with the main device and humidifier chamber (no mask included). The machine functions normally, provides quiet auto-adjusting pressure therapy, and the display and controls are fully working. No active warranty. I maintained and cleaned it regularly and it’s ready to use after routine sanitizing. Local pickup in UAE preferred.
