Description

Premium Mini-ITX Gaming & Workstation PC – i7-14700KF / RTX 4060 Ti 16GB / 32GB DDR5 / 2TB Samsung 990 PRO

Selling my premium compact gaming/workstation PC in excellent working condition.

This is a carefully selected, custom-built Mini-ITX system, assembled approximately 18 months ago using individually purchased, high-quality components. I personally selected every component to create a powerful, compact and premium system suitable for demanding workloads.

The PC has been used very lightly throughout those 18 months — on average, perhaps around one hour per day at most, and not even every day. It has seen very limited use and remains in excellent working condition.

The system is built inside the stunning Fractal Design Terra Jade with its walnut front panel, a premium compact case known for its distinctive design and high-quality construction. No compromises were made on component quality, from the motherboard and SSD to the power supply and case.

Performance & Usage

A powerful, compact system suitable for gaming, trading, multitasking, content creation, editing, streaming and other demanding professional workloads.

It offers excellent performance in a remarkably compact form factor, with a clean, premium design and a carefully selected component combination.

Build Cost & Price

When I originally purchased the components and assembled this system approximately 18 months ago, the total cost was around AED 11,000.

The current asking price reflects the quality of the components, the premium Mini-ITX build and the condition of the system. AED 6,250 is already a very reasonable price for this complete custom-built PC.
