10 Dinars banknote from Iraq
Issue Date: 1981 is the rarest release comparing to 1980 & 1982 ones.
Condition: Highly graded 67 EPQ Superb Gem UNC by PMG. 16 notes in higher grades.
It has a fancy serial number [100009]
Features:
Front (Obverse) Features Portrait: The right side features Abu Ali al-Hasan ibn al-Haytham (Alhazen), a prominent 11th-century Islamic Golden Age scholar, mathematician, and astronomer.
Scientific Diagram: Positioned next to the portrait is an optical geometric diagram from his groundbreaking work, Kitab al-Manazir (Book of Optics).
Back (Reverse) Features Architectural Landmark: The central motif depicts the historic al-Hadba Minaret (also known as the "Hunchback Minaret") of the Great Mosque of al-Nuri in Mosul. Built in the 12th century, this leaning minaret was a famous symbol of Iraq.
