Description

Two banknotes from Lebanon issued by the Republic of Lebanon (République Libanaise) on August 1, 1942. This denomination was part of a "small change" fractional currency series introduced during World War II to address a shortage of metallic coins.
Date of Issue: 1er Août 1942 (August 1, 1942).
Condition:
25 Piastres in an Extremely Fine condition.
50 Piastres in a Very Fine + condition
Both have no flaws, tears or problems.
