The note features a portrait of Pax, the Roman goddess of Peace, holding an olive branch.
Signatures: The note bears the signatures of Jacques Belin, Pierre Rousseau, and René Favre-Gilly.
Watermark: The watermark shows a woman's head in profile.
Circulation: These banknotes were issued by the Banque de France starting in 1940 and were withdrawn from circulation in June 1945.
