A beautiful vintage banknote released during the French mandate for Syria and Lebanon between 1920 to 1945.
The note has beautiful ornaments on the front with a Cedar Tree on it's left.
A portrait for Beirut city on the back.
Legal declaration on the face in French & Arabic about the value of this banknote in French Francs = 100 French Francs as a cheque to Paris.
