I’m selling my Cesare Paciotti black leather monk strap dress shoes in EU size 44 (US 10 / UK 9.5). I’ve had these for about 2–5 years and they’re in good, gently used condition with normal wear visible on the soles and minor creasing on the leather uppers. The single monk strap and buckle are intact and functional, and the perforated toe detail is in good shape. They’re comfortable for dress occasions and have been well cared for. No major scuffs, tears, or sole separation. Ready to wear.
