One of the rarest lenses in the Leica M lineup. The Summilux-M 21mm f/1.4 is the only ultra-wide fast prime Leica has ever produced at this focal length, and ref. 11647 remains the one and only version. There is no successor, no updated model. What you see is what Leica considers definitive.
This particular example is in pristine, near-mint condition. The glass is optically flawless, focus mechanics are smooth and buttery, and the M-mount shows no signs of wear. Acquired in 2022 and barely used.
For Leica M shooters who want to push into dramatic wide-angle territory without sacrificing the f/1.4 aperture, this lens is genuinely irreplaceable. Available light, environmental portraits, architecture, street. It handles all of it with the rendering signature only Leica glass delivers.
