The complete beginner DSLR bundle — everything a student or first-time photographer needs to start properly, in one go.

This is a company-owned kit, used in-house by our team only. It was never rented out, never loaned to freelancers, never dropped, and never repaired. It lived in an office, not in the back of a car. We're clearing it because we've moved to newer bodies, not because there's anything wrong with it.

Canon EOS 500D body — 15MP, full manual control, the classic camera thousands of photographers learned on

Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS — your everyday zoom for travel, street and general shooting

Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM — the metal-mount STM version, not the older plastic f/1.8 II. This is the portrait and low-light lens, and the one every beginner is told to buy first. Sells for AED 550+ on its own, brand new.

Strap and caps

Two lenses covering wide to portrait, which is exactly where a beginner should start — you learn framing on the zoom and depth of field on the 50mm, without spending another dirham.

Please note: no battery or charger included. The 500D takes an LP-E5, and a third-party battery-and-charger set is available online for around AED 60–80. No original boxes or paperwork either. The price reflects both.
