I'm selling my copy of Ripley’s Believe It or Not! — Eye-Popping Oddities. It's a hardcover edition around 5–10 years old and has seen a lot of use. Several pages are ripped or torn, but not torn or ripped in half. Pages are still readable, the cover shows wear and scuffing, and the binding is weakened but most pages are still present. Good for someone who wants it for parts, reference, or a restoration project rather than as a collectible. Sold as-is.
