Terms & Conditions

- All quoted rates are in UAE Dirhams and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% VAT.
- Rates are exclusive of the Tourism Dirham fee:

For Studio & One-Bedroom Apartments-300 AED (Applicable for the first 30 nights only)
Two-Bedroom Apartments -600 AED (Applicable for the first 30 nights only)

- Rates are non-refundable. In case of early departure, no refund will be provided.
- Drinking water and amenities are provided once upon arrival only. Additional requests will incur charges

Housekeeping & Cleaning

- A monthly utensil cleaning package is available for AED 1,200 net per month, which includes cleaning services four times per week.
- Ad-hoc utensil cleaning is available at AED 50 net per hour, in addition to extra room cleaning charges.
- Tenants are required to wash their own dishes, cutlery, crockery, pans, etc. promptly after use, and to maintain room tidiness at all times.
- Non-compliance may result in penalties, which will be deducted from the security deposit upon check-out.
- Additional room cleaning (excluding utensil cleaning) is available at AED 75 net per hour.

For Two-Bedroom Apartments, a minimum of two hours must be booked.
Cleaning schedules will be arranged as per guest availability with the housekeeping team.
Guest & Visitor Policy
All guests and visitors must present their physical, original, and valid passport or Emirates ID upon entering the premises.
Visitor access is subject to hotel discretion.
Damages & Liabilities

- Any loss or damage to the room, kitchen items, utensils, or hotel property will be charged to the guest accordingly.

Pet Policy

- Pets are not allowed

Security Deposit
· Equivalent to 7–10% of the total annual rental amount, refundable upon checkout.
· For monthly bookings: Studio: AED 1,000, 1-Bedroom: AED 1,000 and for 2-Bedroom: AED 2,000

Payment Terms
