Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire unit, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. You'll also enjoy access to the building's shared pool and gym, perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay. A dedicated parking spot is included for your convenience. Please note that any other private or staff-only areas of the building are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
🛂 Guest Registration (Required by Law)
For a smooth self-check-in, please send a copy of each guest's passport, ID, or Emirates ID (for UAE residents) before arrival. This is required by Dubai law (DTCM) for registration and security purposes.

🕙 Late Check-In
Check-ins after 11 PM incur a 100 AED fee, though this may be waived depending on the situation (e.g., flight delays) — just keep us informed.

⏱️ Last-Minute Bookings
Please allow at least 1.5 hours for us to complete registration and prepare the unit before your check-in.

🧼 Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning only.

🛋️ Lost or Damaged Items
Any lost or damaged items will be reported to Airbnb.

🏢 Community Policies & Rules
We appreciate guests who respect the integrity of the building community. By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with all apartment rules and community policies, including proper care of our property. Substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

📅 Extension Requests
If you'd like to extend your stay, please submit your request by 4:00 PM the day before your scheduled check-out — this allows us to adjust the cleaning schedule accordingly.

If we don't receive your request in time, checkout cleaning will be automatically scheduled for 11:00 AM on your original check-out date.
In such cases, a same-day cleaning cancellation fee will apply.
