- Check-in and Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply!

-Maximum Occupancy: Maximum number of guests allowed for any property is four (4) people.

- Guest Registration: We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time.

- Security Deposit
A small refundable security deposit of 1,200 AED is required. The security deposit will be returned 7 days post check-out inspection.

- Additional Services
