This modern space is ideal for young professionals or families. JVC is a budget-friendly neighborhood with convenient access to the rest of the city. Seasonal pricing applies—please ask for a quote. The building has excellent amenities. Please note: as JVC is still developing, some construction may be ongoing, but noise is minimal, and the apartment is on a higher floor.
For our guests’ enjoyment, this booking includes access to a swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, direct access to Al Khail Road, and close proximity to Circle Mall and nearby amenities. Please note: all properties are available for a minimum of 2 nights.
Room Configuration: Studio apartment with queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, ensuite laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fresh towels and essentials.
Guest Access: Check-in: 4 PM. A member of our Guest Experience Team will assist, or self-check-in is available. Check-out: 11 AM. The team will inspect the property or self-check-out is available.
As per the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, all guests and visitors must provide ID (passport copy or Emirates ID) prior to check-in. Failure may delay check-in. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. All bookings include a final checkout cleaning fee. A refundable security deposit is required. The Tourism Dirham fee applies.
