This is a private room with its own bathroom and connected balcony. You would be sharing the 2 bedroom apartment with just me (apartment owner, so one bedroom each) and my 5 year old rescue dog, so must be okay with her!

Light and airy, spacious room to rent in low rise building in Dubai Marina. Close to metro and tram stations. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Room has;
- own private bathroom
- attached balcony
- two large double wardrobes
- 3 drawer chest + mirror
- comfortable double bed + brand new bedding

Apartment has:
- fully fitted kitchen for everything you’d need including microwave, airfryer and washing machine
- very comfortable wide sofa
- International TV including all the UK/Aus/US/European channels/movies/series
- an additional balcony off living space

Building has:
- Rooftop swimming pool
- sauna
- fully equipped gym

I am British and in my 40s. I work from home but travel a lot (the dog goes to kennels during this time). Looking for someone chilled, not a party house!

Includes all bills and cleaner once a week.
