I’m looking for a like minded flatmate to share my relaxed home in Dubai Sports City, overlooking the beautiful Els Club golf course.
This is my own 2 bedroom apartment, and the atmosphere here is calm, comfortable and easy-going. Whether you enjoy relaxed evenings with good conversation, going out or simply doing your own thing, it feels like a lovely place to come home to. The large balcony is perfect for chilling with those panoramic golf course views, and waking up to the sunrise over the course is something really special.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, 65” TV, comfortable seating, plenty of storage, private en-suite bathroom and direct balcony access. You’ll also have fast internet, kitchen is upgraded with all appliances, cookware and cutlery, laundry room plus there’s a spacious living area and weekly maid service for the common areas.

Rent is AED 4,400 per month, all inclusive (DEWA, AC, internet). Long-term preferred. No smoking and no parking.

The building has a rooftop pool, gym and sauna, and we’re conveniently close to Spinneys, Carrefour, MMI, 2 golf clubs, bars and restaurants. 15 mins drive to Marina, 10 mins to Ranches, 25 mins to Downtown.
