Spacious and include all furniture and also maid is avaible but you have to pay her separate for cooking charges.
The rent 2300 includes rent plus utilities (empower, dewa, Internet and gas)
Currently we are two friends from south india to be specific telugu states. And we would like to include only one more person. So total will become 3 person in 1 bhk.
So we are looking for someone from telugu states or tamilnadu.
