We are looking for a new companion for our micro-community living. We are sharing a big flat with amazing views. We are two ladies, one of us is Polish and another Italian/Australian.
We are working during the week and would like to find a like-minded flattie. We are looking for a professional who would not mind having a chat in the evening, maybe occasionally go out on the weekend or plan some fun activity together. We like food, now and again cooking together. We like plants and trying to keep the greenery we have happy and growing. We do not have any animals, except for a fish tank. We are physically active and trying to live environmentally friendly life as much as possible.
We offer a fully furnished bedroom, with extended living space, private balcony, and adjacent small bathroom. All inclusive, with maid visiting once a week. You can work from home, if that shall be your thing – the room is spacious, and the internet is fast.
We are looking for long term flattie; however, we can consider a shorter lease.
Deposit is 3000 AED. The monthly rent is 6000 AED. No parking.
Princess Tower is one of the highest residential towers in the world, we literally live in the clouds.
The building offers exterior and interior swimming pools, jacuzzi sauna, gym, yoga room, game rooms and communal observatory at 97th floor.
