2009 Porsche Cayenne GTS 4.8 V8 — Zeus Overland Build — GCC

2009 Porsche Cayenne GTS, the 957 with the naturally aspirated 4.8 litre V8, rebuilt as a proper overland machine by Zeus. Around AED 80,000 went into the conversion roughly two years ago. It still drives like a GTS on the road and shrugs at everything off it.

The GTS was always the enthusiast's Cayenne. The 4.8 V8, the sharper steering, the body kit. Zeus raised the ride height and left the engine alone. What you get is a car that is genuinely usable every day and ready for the weekend past the tarmac.

The naturally aspirated V8 is the right engine for this. Off the tarmac the power comes in linear and predictable, no turbo spiking traction on a climb or a dune, and it runs cooler in the heat with fewer parts to fail than forced induction. Underneath, every 957 has a low-range transfer case and Porsche Traction Management that can send drive to the axle with grip.

- Red brake calipers
- Dual exhaust
