I left dubai 2 years ago and the boat is presented on an “as is basis”. Selling at cheaper than its worth as we changed our plans to come back. It’s kept by extreme marine in jebel ali.

- the boat was serviced 2 years ago and it didn’t have any flow at that time.
- The engine had low hours when I bought it 4 years ago (700-800 hours). A detailed service was made at that time with original Volvo Penta 270hp parts (most important replacement was water pump change which cost about 8k with warranty from Volvo) and spent around 30k on top for various pleasure accessories:

- changed full upholstery based on original Monterey pattern with logos by importing Spadling leather from United States - upholstery was changed by Sahara, a very old and professional company in Dubai
- all ambiance lights + underwater lights changed to high quality European brand — with color changing features — all products supplied and all work done by Empire Marine in Jeddah - video available on request for lights
- made extra table at the back following original design with rotation
- made an extra removable sunbed
- covered stern deck with American material - all work done by Exalto
- flag pole added at stern area - Chris craft style - bought from Exalto
- bought a brand new trailer for dry docking during winter
