Job Title: Hotel Coordinator (Limousine Services)
Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or sales.
Location: Dubai

Job Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, high-energy, and sales-driven Hotel Coordinator to drive the booking and utilization of our premium company limousine fleet. In this role, your primary responsibility will be canvassing and engaging hotel guests, tourists, and corporate clients to choose our luxury transportation services for their travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactive Canvassing & Sales: Actively approach, engage, and pitch limousine and luxury transportation services to guests in hotel lobbies, lounges, and designated service desks.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with hotel front desk staff, concierges, and bell desks to secure internal guest referrals.
• Booking Management: Handle inbound and outbound booking inquiries, coordinate pick-up/drop-off schedules, and ensure flawless communication with the dispatch team and drivers.
• Customer Consultation: Understand guests' itineraries (e.g., airport transfers, city tours, business meetings).
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly booking targets and revenue goals through active upselling.
• Guest Experience Assurance: Ensure a seamless transition from the hotel lobby to the vehicle, maintaining a high standard of luxury hospitality at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in hotel guest relations, hospitality sales, concierge services, or promotions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to approach strangers confidently and professionally.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
• Sales Mindset: Persuasive, resilient, and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting basic sales or conversion targets.
• Professionalism: Immaculate grooming, a warm demeanor, and a professional attitude suitable for a luxury hotel environment.
• Problem-Solving: Quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to handle scheduling shifts or guest complaints smoothly.
