**We’re Hiring in Dubai 🇦🇪 — Experienced Newborn Night Nanny**
We are looking for an experienced and highly reliable **Newborn Night Nanny** to join a private family residence in Dubai.
This is a **full-time, nighttime, live-out position starting 1 November 2026**.
👶 **Extensive professional newborn experience is mandatory.** We are specifically looking for someone who has independently cared for babies **from birth / the first weeks of life, including overnight newborn care**.
Applications without substantial newborn experience will not be considered.
**Main responsibilities include:**
• Taking primary responsibility for the newborn throughout the night
• Preparing bottles and overnight feeds
• Feeding and burping the baby
• Diapering and attending to newborn hygiene
• Settling and resettling the baby independently
• Supporting the sleep routine established by the parents
• Monitoring and recording feeding, sleeping, diapering and relevant overnight information
• Providing a clear handover to the parents and Day Nanny
**The Night Nanny's responsibilities are not limited to feeding and settling the baby.**
During appropriate quiet periods while the baby is sleeping, responsibilities also include:
• Washing all used bottles and feeding equipment
• Sterilizing bottles and newborn feeding equipment
• Preparing clean bottles/equipment for upcoming feeds and the following day
• Managing the newborn's laundry, muslins and bedding
• Folding and organizing baby clothing and laundry
• Keeping the nursery, changing area and baby supplies clean and organized
• Replenishing diapers and nursery essentials
• Resetting and preparing the nursery for the following day
These duties must always be performed without compromising supervision or responsiveness to the baby.
**We are looking for someone who is:**
• Exceptionally calm and confident with newborns
• Loving, gentle and emotionally mature
• Reliable and punctual
• Highly attentive to hygiene and organization
• Comfortable independently managing a newborn overnight
• Proactive during quiet periods
• Discreet and respectful of family privacy
• Receptive to feedback
• Respectful of the parents' routines and parenting decisions
• A clear communicator and strong team player
**Position:** Full-time, nighttime
**Accommodation:** Live-out
**Location:** Dubai
**Start date:** **1 November 2026**
**Salary:** **AED 6,000/month**
**Day off:** One day per week
**Benefits:** Visa, health insurance, annual leave and annual ticket according to the employment package
Paediatric first aid, newborn-care/maternity-nurse qualifications and previous private-family experience are highly desirable.
