Key Responsibilities
Gym & Wellness Operations
* Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of the gym, recovery suite, massage room, and wellness areas.
* Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained, clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
* Conduct regular inspections of machines, weights, locker rooms, treatment rooms, and common areas.
* Coordinate servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
* Maintain inventory of gym and wellness supplies, towels, cleaning products, and refreshments.
* Ensure all areas consistently meet premium hygiene and presentation standards.
Recovery Suite & Massage Room Management
* Manage all bookings and schedules for the recovery suite and massage room.
* Coordinate appointments efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations and maximize facility usage.
* Liaise with therapists, trainers, and clients regarding schedules and availability.
* Prepare recovery and treatment areas before appointments and ensure rooms are reset to premium standards afterward.
* Ensure a calm, professional, and luxury wellness experience for all users.
Juice Bar Operations
* Oversee the daily operation and presentation of the juice bar.
* Prepare or coordinate healthy drinks, protein shakes, and refreshments for members and guests.
* Maintain stock levels of ingredients, supplements, beverages, and supplies.
* Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
* Monitor inventory and coordinate reordering of supplies when required.
* Deliver a high-end hospitality experience and engage positively with members.
Personal Training & Fitness Support
* Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to client goals and fitness levels.
* Create personalized workout programs and track client progress.
* Provide guidance on exercise technique, injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellness.
* Assist members on the gym floor and ensure proper equipment usage.
* Motivate and support clients to achieve measurable fitness results.
Member Experience
* Deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-energy experience for all members and guests.
* Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term engagement.
* Handle member inquiries, bookings, and wellness consultations.
* Support wellness initiatives, gym events, and community engagement activities.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed throughout the facility.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across gym, wellness, and juice bar areas.
* Respond appropriately to emergencies or injuries.
* Ensure compliance with UAE health, hygiene, and fitness regulations where applicable.
Administrative Duties
* Maintain client records, training schedules, booking calendars, and operational logs.
* Track attendance, bookings, and operational issues for reporting purposes.
* Assist with memberships, onboarding, and operational reporting if required.
Requirements
* Certified Personal Trainer qualification (NASM, ACE, REPs UAE, ISSA, or equivalent preferred).
* CPR & First Aid certification.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in gym operations, wellness facilities, hospitality, or personal training.
* Strong understanding of fitness training, recovery practices, and customer service.
* Experience managing schedules, bookings, or hospitality operations is preferred.
* Basic understanding of nutrition, supplements, and wellness products is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualities
* Passion for fitness, recovery, wellness, and hospitality.
* Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and organization.
* Energetic and positive personality.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
* Experience working in premium gyms, wellness clubs, hotels, or luxury residential facilities is an advantage.
