We are seeking an experienced and dependable CCTV Operator / Security Supervisor to lead the security team on shift while managing surveillance operations from the control room. Reporting to the Security Manager or Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will supervise guards and operators, direct the response to incidents seen on camera or reported on site, and keep the premises protected, orderly, and ready for inspection.
The core of the role is shift supervision and security coordination. The supervisor briefs guards and control room staff at the start of each shift on priorities, expected visitors, events, and any open issues, allocates posts, patrol routes, and breaks, and checks that every position is covered. Gates, entrances, car parks, stores, and sensitive areas are inspected regularly, and standards for appearance, alertness, and conduct are enforced on the spot rather than left for the next report.
