An organization is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, maintain security records, and help ensure a safe and secure working environment. The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to respond promptly to unusual activities or security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance screens to identify suspicious activities or security concerns.
Observe entrances, exits, corridors, parking areas, and other designated locations.
Report unusual incidents, unauthorized access, and security breaches to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and shift activities.
Review and retrieve CCTV footage when authorized for investigations or incident reporting.
Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
Follow established security procedures and maintain confidentiality of recorded footage.
Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies.
Prepare shift handover reports and maintain proper documentation.
Remain alert and attentive throughout assigned shifts.
Freshers may apply.
