We are looking for a professional Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and provide excellent support to visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend guests politely and professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Arabic and English
Prepare and draft letters, emails, and documents in Arabic ( whenever required )
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Maintain office hygiene standards and ensure the reception area is presentable
Support management with basic clerical duties as required
Requirements
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good English communication
Previous experience as a receptionist or admin (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance, polite attitude, and customer‑service mindset
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
