We are looking for an organised and reliable Administrative & General Office Assistant to support our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will not act as a full accountant, but rather handle basic bookkeeping, financial tracking, and general administrative tasks to keep our project workflows running smoothly.
This is a remote position with flexible, adaptable working hours to be mutually agreed upon.
Key Responsibilities
Issue and send proforma invoices to clients at each designated project phase.
Keep precise track of all issued invoices and payments received.
Monitor basic project finances and flag pending transactions.
Perform general secretarial duties, administrative support, and email correspondence.
Maintain organized digital files, records, and documentation.
Coordinate administrative tasks with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery.
