A candidate who will be responsible include greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Handling client’s inquiries, maintaining client’s records, and providing general administrative support
Duties:
•Greet and welcome guests/visitors/staff as soon as they arrive at the office
•Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
•Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
•Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
•Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Salary: AED 3000 to 6000
