Key Responsibilities:

- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Handle personal and business-related tasks as assigned
- Ensure smooth coordination of daily activities and priorities
