We Are Hiring — Personal Assistant
The Designers Hub is looking for a highly organized, hardworking, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to join our team full-time in Dubai.
About The Designers Hub:
The Designers Hub is a fashion business and educational platform focused on supporting emerging fashion brands through mentorship, trade shows, fashion business training, sourcing, production guidance, and strategic brand development across the GCC region.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of technology, social media, and digital tools
• Passion or strong interest in fashion and luxury industry
• Able to handle fast-paced work environments
• Hardworking, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
• Managing schedules, meetings, and daily operations
• Coordinating communication with clients, designers, and partners
• Assisting in project management and follow-ups
• Supporting fashion-related events, trainings, and business operations
• Handling administrative and organizational tasks efficiently
