Position: Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Draft letters, emails, and corporate correspondence with strong written communication skills.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing work with strong attention to detail.
• Handle activities on the DMCC portal, including visa processing, license renewals, AOFC, permits, and other company services.
• Manage share transfers and KYC updates for corporate requirements.
• Coordinate SIRA inspection requirements, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Arrange travel requirements such as flight ticket bookings and visas outside the UAE.
• Oversee office maintenance and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
• Organize daily driver schedules for deliveries and collections.
• Provide general administrative support, filing, and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role in the UAE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling the DMCC portal, Dubai Customs, and other government portals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
• Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
