Secretary & Administrative Coordinator (Group Companies)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly presentable and professional female Secretary & Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our group of companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proven experience in managing meetings and professional correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact, maintaining a polished and professional image at all times
* Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings across multiple departments
* Arrange internal and external meetings, including scheduling, venue setup, and follow-ups
* Prepare, draft, and respond to professional emails and correspondence on behalf of management
* Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
* Handle office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within a group or multi-company environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong email drafting and business correspondence abilities
* Professional appearance and presentable demeanor
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
